Lichess! Please! Do something against unfriendly Annonymouses!

Hello Liches staff, I hope you are reading this post. Please do something against unfriendly/rasistic/... Annonymouses! It's embarresing and unfair that they are sitting there, violating you and 100%ly sure laughing! You need to do something!

Here's an example game (look at the chat), but it's not my first or only one.

"lichess.org/yAkxQy3Z9TKJ"

Please!
1. nobody can read the private chat except you and your opponent (ok maybe some admins can)
2. don't play anonymous opponents

Imagine being at a party and someone with a paper bag on his/her head approaches you, slaps you in the face and then runs off and is never seen again. Nobody knows who he/she was. You go to the party Host afterwards and insist that the rude person is going to be punished. I am sure you know your chances here.
I'm not lichess staff but they have given responses to this question similar to the following (iirc);

1. There is not much lichess can do to penalize anonymous players without tracking them in some way which violates the concept of having truly anonymous access (an option lichess understandably does not want to remove)
2. You can simply disable chat when playing anonymous players, or not play anonymous games.
3. Only you and your opponent (iirc- maybe mods and devs can) can see the ingame chat, so your link will not show us anything.

Hope this helps, have a nice day!
I copied the chat:

[black] fuck you
[black] fagot
[black] german
MikaAlka What?
[black] fuck your country
MikaAlka You're lucky you're annonymus.
[black] fuck you
MikaAlka Stop violating me ok?
[black] haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
[black] I am Turkey
[black] find me
[black] kıllers
[black] get out
[black] fucks german

Well, what if words like "fuck", "looser" etc. were banned from ingame chat? I think that would be a good beginning.
What's the point of Anonymous logins anyway on a (great!) website like lichess which is free to signup and use?

Just remove Anonymous altogether !
@deviance No, that would be too radical. To sign up you need to share your email adress, and there are some people who for some reason don't want to.
In generall it is always possible to disable the chat window, but i agree, Anonymous playing is not needed and leads to kind of troubles like this also.
@MikaAlka Simply turn off chat, the something that you need done is already done. @SoulPeace, I think that being able to play anonymously is one of the features that lichess has that few websites have. I think being anonymous is great for those who don't know if they should invest the 1 minute into creating an account on lichess.org.
1 minute is not much, isn´t it? ;)

It makes really no sense to me to play anonymously.
I hope this feature gets deleted in any time.
People need a chance to see if they like the website before signing up.
