#20 You cannot block an anonymous user. The user can simply close the lichess window, delete cookies, and go back to lichess with a new anonymous account.
You can block an anonymous user, temporarily yes. Obviously they can close,restart/etc. But it's going to be an annoyance for them and hopefully they just go somewhere else.
