There is no Benefit in playing Bullet or Blitz. Especially Bullet is much to fast. Play longer time controls. You can simply explain more things in longer time controls. It is only Luck to win Bulletgames. This has nothing to do with real chess. Chess is a Game where you need to think. You cannot think in Bulletgames. Blitz is also less adequate to teach chess and to increase your chess skills. Blitz is fun, nothing else. You don't have time to explain in a proper way.
