Of course. Everybody knows chess.com is in it for profit.
1st priority is to pay the bills, meet payroll of the 100's of employees. They provide their service. The "facebook" of chess with all the associated hype.

So glad I left chess.com. This site is the bomb.

He should've joined sooner. This is the only chess site that doesn't suck.

Maybe lichess created his account because his ratings are mostly 2800 and you don't get that at a start of your account.

They suggested that Lichess probably created the account and sent a invitation to Magnus.

Means nothing unless he accepts.
