Any coach recommendations in the €15/hr range?

I'm wondering if you've worked with any coaches in the €15/hr (or less) price range? I don't have a problem with coaches who charge $100+ because they are strong players with a lot of experience — I just can't afford them I'd appreciate any recommendations!

Thanks in advance!
Waste of money. Everything uou need is to play, study, play, waych youtube games, study, go to a local club, play there. Study over and over again. Everything is available for free online.

I recommend you to go lichess.org/coach to find suitable coach for yourself and there you can also see hourly rate of each coach. Good luck! ;)
Books are the best coach at that price
And hard work.. a lot of studying master games
And constantly training positions and puzzles.
Don't work on 10 variations at a time.
Specialize for weeks on two variations

Example:: Caro Kann advance variation black and
QgD exchange white.
Then do Slav exchange black KID Makagonov white

You can work on others some but focus mostly on just 2 variations and constantly work them before switching. You will remember them better.
And do alot of tactics, middlegame and endgame puzzles
Hello Jakee I am also Filipino. You can try chess books. And hey do you have extra house or commercial space in Metro Manila? I need one I have chess equipment I really dream to put a chess playing center. I just cannot afford to buy or rent a space.
My IM buddy coaches at that rate . . . for group lessons, with young kids.

If you want a little personalized human guidance, best best is to join a physical chess club. Go, play whoever, and go over the games afterwards if they are willing, and they often will be.

Otherwise I agree with books, streamers, live coverage of gm tournaments (chess.com sucks but they do have great gm analysts that are really good at explaining stuff), and there are some e-courses too. And of course practicing tactics
