Can we create multiple accounts with same email?

I want to know as I want to make a account for testing openings I really don't know which openings suit me, practicing endgames, blindfold games with my friends, and so on
And if yes, how can we?

Even the world champion has multiple accounts on this site. So if the WC can do it, so can you.

Well if his ideals are corrupted the TOS means nothing. I think a WC leads by example and I follow his example.

You can practice in all that you mention while playing casual games

All of you are saying about the TOS and all that, and it's true: The TOS says not to have multiple accounts, yet many people have them and I haven't seen anything major happen to anybody really.

If you look at the question clearly, it says,

"Can we create multiple accounts with same email?"

You are answering whether you can create multiple accounts, while the question specifically asks if you can create multiple accounts with the same email. The answer is no, you would need a different email every time you create an account.
