They do get banned. If you believe someone is using a banned feature, you should provide evidence and report them.

How can I get access to the games once the tournament is finished?
Will you consider adding the ability to customize boards, pieces, even sounds outside of the limited amount of options we can currently use on the site?
Also the ability to make time controls more exact (like 65 minutes) would be nice too.

sir their should be a setting which doesn't allow any one not even lichess to see a person's games. there is option of not let others follow you but still they can see our games.

Every GM would get banned.
Dear Lichess, why these days we can only see those whom we follow and can't see the followers? Please change this setting. It will be good if everyone could be able to see the followers.
