If you want to play friendly games against Pakistani players, you can join a Pakistani team where regular tournaments are organized. However, it will be their decision to let you in the team and I cannot do anything here. Also, if you want to organize Pakistan vs India tournaments, then contact any Pakistani team to organize a tournament.
