Morra just transposes to c3 sic.
Definitely the most annoying is e4 Nc3 f4 Nf3 Bc4 d3 0-0 Qe1-h4 f5 Bh6 Ng5 and mate.
It's the open Sicilian for me, not being afraid of the amount of theory involved. I started playing the open Siclian about a year ago, even though the advice of most players was to stay away from it.
I find that most players who play the Sicilian against me know just as much or little theory than I do in the Sicilian anyway. I study the middlegame and endgame strategies much more than Sicilian theory and do just fine against it. In my games, even when I play someone who is booked up on their Specific Sicilian line, my middlegame knowledge more than makes up for it.
