How fast can you run 100 m ?

'Years' of training sounds like exaggeration but yes it definitely requires a lot of training for being that fast runner professionally.

The word "Years" start from 2 to infinite. So I confirm the word again. Years. Under 2 years, no one can run like 12.6 or something like that.
lol you don't need "years of training" to run 100 m under 12.6 seconds. you just have to be pretty fast. there was some guy in the 1970s that had never run track in his life, he just was always the fastest kid on the block. he was some kind of research scientist, but he decided to try sprinting, he quickly became one of the fastest sprinters in the world. that was back when the world record was around 10 seconds.

i just looked the guy up, never trained in high school took up the sport at age 27.

terrible technique but he was naturally incredibly fast, and he beat these track athletes with years of training.
according to this site, the international age group record for 9 year old boys is 12.45 seconds.
