Hide rating to opponents when playing?

Does anyone think it ́s a good idea to hide ratings from opponents on lichess so it does not influence anything on how you play? I think it ́s a good reason for both options, but I think it can make you focus more on the game and make the bet move in any position. Any thoughts?
You can do this for yourself, if you want,in the settings. Go to preferences, show ratings.no. Happy chessing .
Yes, I know. Thanks. But I was thinking about it from a psychological point of view, how it affect you ́re playing.

Oh ok ,sorry , yeah it's good , I've hidden ratings before, but always ended up peeking a look . As ratings goes it's good to know I think for online. Over the board, in the park , I don't think it matters. If you're disciplined enough to hide them then good luck. I prefer to know. As if it's a noob I'm playing I will play differently than it I was playing a 2000 , so yes I think it does affect us and our play . But I'm not disciplined enough to hide them or brave enough.

yes I t think its difficult to
I keep the zen mode on so I don't see ratings. I think it's more relaxing that way.
sometimes in irl tournaments I say my rating is 1000 on ch*ss.com (even though its 550 higher)
it gets them to play easier
is it cheating? kinda but no rules against it
