Thoughts On Game (400 elo point difference)

en.lichess.org/GQJEaIXF/black

Here is the game. I had some time pressure and choked late, but I still really liked how I held on for the most part against a ~1750, only just being a ~1350 myself. Any thoughts or ways I can improve my game?
The early ...Nd4 is definitely a temptation you should hope to curb, but otherwise your opening is normal and sound.

After white plays Qc2 (move 9), your king is safe enough where you should strive for a grab at the center with ...d5. The engine immediately rates ...d5 as your best continuation from moves 9-11. I'm surprised why ...d5 wasn't played as I thought ...c6 was to prepare it.

The late part of the game is not accurate for either side, but I can say your lack of development (especially ...Bc8?? disjoining the rooks, I think that highlights this the most) makes white's activity hard.

It's just constructive criticism, don't fear. I'm 16. I hope I didn't get it all wrong. o_o
Thanks for the analysis. I definitely feel like I castle when I can still fight for the middle since everybody always tells me that castling is the single most important thing for king safety, and king safety is your priority.

Anyway, we were definitely not accurate since there was a bit of time pressure near the end. But I'm glad my opening was sound since I've been trying to work on it a lot lately.
