Meaning of Glicko rating

Just noticed that when I scroll over my ratings on my profile page, a little window with my Glicko rating pops up, ranging from around 60 up to 350, across all variants. My question is: What exactly does it signify?
What you on about? The hover thing game and the points below the hover are an average of your last x games? Are you seeing something different?
I see the rating progression over the last twelve games when I hover over the arrows, but with the mouse pointer over the actual rating digits, I see a window different than that.
i get that glicko box with that funny +- sign thingy. please someone explain what that means? :)
I believe the +/- X points is the range that the system is highly certain that you fall within. Glicko 2 works like elo except it uses volatility to get you to your actual rank quicker. If you win 10 games in a row against players who are higher ranked than you then the system becomes very uncertain what your real rating is and it increases your volatility. Having a higher volatility will make the points you gain or lose per match more dramatic . Normally I suppose you would fall withing +/- 50 points however in the aforementioned case it might go as high as +/- 350. After you become more consistent your volatility drops down to a normal range.
